Come join The Doorway Project for lunch, coffee and community at their final Pop-Up Cafe and Town Hall event at the UW School of Social Work. They will be hosting a no-cost vet clinic for folks experiencing homelessness or housing instability and their pets, sponsored by the UW Center for One Health Research. Come add your voice to the “Changing the Narrative on homelessness” station too!

Stick around for a Town Hall to hear updates on the Doorway Project, and to ask your burning questions about the next steps of the Doorway Project.

The Doorway Project is one of three current projects under Urban@UW's Homelessness Research Initiative. The Doorway Project aims to create a pilot cafe/navigational model that will engage the University District's homeless, street-involved or marginalized youth; UW students and faculty; and University District service providers in innovative and impactful ways.
